Recently i’ve come across the topic of health benfits of cinammon. Upon searching and browsing the internet, it seems that a lot of people recommends the consumption of Honey and Cinnamon. So far i’ve come across many claimed benefits and i’ve filtered out the most common and useful benefits listed as below:
It seems that people with Type II diabetes and those with cholesterol problem would benefit from this combination. Ohh yes and not foergetting those who want to lose some weight. Below is the recommended consumption which aids in shedding some flab too :
To be prepared at night before going to bed.
From what i’ve gathered the above formula makes sense as drinking honey before going to bed enables you to burn more fat in the first 4 hours of sleep. Drinking it before meal time will reap you the benefit of indigestion as it relieves the acidity of food.
