Was reading a cookbook yesterday and well i guess like most of you i hit some issues with the ingredients and such. How many times have you come across a great recipe and yet due to lack of knowledge on the ingredients gave up the idea of making the yum yum mouth smacking delicious meal?
Wouldn’t it be great if there is some information about the ingredients and where you can lay your hands on them? I have personally scoured NTUC”s”, Cold Storage”s”, HDB estate “Mini Marts” to find these ingredients bah…. what a chore.
