My pledge!!!!

Made a pledge to myself just before March… CNY had been a good time of the year…. especially to the taste bud combine that with the Xmas and New Year partying… well you get an oversized Alvin at the weight of 105kg AGAIN!!!! :P Now now 1 week into my pledge … ahh YESS!!!! (pledge to shed some weight) i’m glad to announce as of this 8th of March 2010 morning i’m 102.4Kg!!!! Yes….

Can you guys imagine how a 80kg Alvin looks like?? ok get ready for this preview….. See the guy in the middle??? and i was only 90kg :P
