If you are seeing this page once you opened/started your Internet Explorer (IE Only) you have been hit by the Duke. Duke was coded for educational purpose only and meant no harm. Its abilities are listed as below :

1) Sets your Internet Explorer’s Home Page to this page that you are viewing currently.
2) Disables the home page options in Internet Explorer’s “Tools -> Internet Options”.
3) Disables your access to regedit.
4) Propogates itself to any flashdrive or harddisks on your machine.
5) Autoruns at startup

To reverse the effects of Duke, Duchess was created. download the file Duchess here and run it. It would reverse all the above effects and set the home page to www.msn.com
